Monika Caterers started in Jaipur in 2008 because of one belief: at an Indian wedding, the food is the host's reputation. We have spent every season since then protecting that reputation for Jaipur families.
How Monika Caterers Started
Mr. Kapoor Chand Gupta saw the stress behind the food at his own family wedding: vendors who did not show up on time, food that ran short, and relatives running around instead of enjoying the ceremony. He started Monika Caterers so other families would not have to go through the same thing.
Today the next generation runs the business from our kitchen in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, and still keeps the same promise he made to the first family we served.

How We Work With Families
We finalise every booking face to face, because a wedding menu needs a proper conversation. After the meeting, we then share a written quotation with every dish listed. The payment schedule is simple: 20% on the day of booking, 50% in total 10 days before the event, 80% by the event day, and the last 20% after the event. Since we reserve your date, staff and raw material as soon as you book, we do not refund payments after booking. So we always suggest taking your time before you confirm.
The Monika Caterers Kitchen and Team
Since 2008, our kitchen in Vaishali Nagar has been fully vegetarian. The cooks specialise in Rajasthani, North Indian, South Indian and Indo-Chinese food, while our halwais prepare sweets fresh for each event.
Service staff also wear uniforms and gloves, and every counter has a team member responsible for keeping it clean and stocked.
