These Monika Caterers terms and conditions apply to the use of monikacaterers.com and to any catering service you book with us in Jaipur. However, the written quote or agreement for your event is the main document for your booking. If anything in it is different from this page, the written quote applies.

Terms for Using the Monika Caterers Website

• The content on this website is for general information about our services. Menus, photos and descriptions may change without notice.
• Text, images, logo and design on this website belong to Monika Caterers. So please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
• Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break it or send spam through it.

Quotes and Prices

• We price every event separately, based on the menu, guest count, date, venue and services. Therefore, any price range on this website is only a guide.
• A quote stays valid for the period written on it. Until we confirm the booking, prices can change with the season and market rates of raw material.
• The quote also lists taxes, transport and venue charges.

Monika Caterers Booking and Payment Terms

We finalise every booking face to face. After our meeting, we prepare a full quotation for your event. Once you confirm it, payments then follow this schedule:

• We treat a booking as confirmed only after we finalise the quotation and receive the 20% booking advance.
• If the final guest count or menu changes, we adjust the final bill and the remaining amounts accordingly.
• We also give a receipt for every payment.

Guest Count and Menu Changes

• Please share the final guest count and menu by the date written in your quote, so that we can plan cooking and staff.
• We make the bill on the final confirmed guest count, or on the actual number of guests we serve if that is higher.
• After the final date, we make changes where possible, but they may change the price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because we discuss and finalise every booking face to face, and we reserve your date, staff and raw material as soon as you confirm, we do not refund any payment made after you confirm a booking, including the 20% booking advance. So please take your time to finalise the date, menu and guest count before confirming. If you need to postpone, talk to us as early as possible and we will try to help, subject to availability on the new date.

At the Venue

• The host arranges venue permissions, kitchen space, water and power as agreed in the quote.
• Our crockery, counters and equipment remain our property. Therefore, we may charge for loss or damage beyond normal use during the event.
• For food safety, we serve cooked food during the event time. After that, we handle leftover food as agreed with the host.

Allergies and Dietary Needs

Please tell us well before the event about allergies, Jain or other dietary needs. We take care in preparation, but our kitchen handles common ingredients such as milk, nuts and gluten, so we cannot promise that any dish is completely free of them.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, power failure at the venue, government orders or strikes. In any case, our responsibility for any claim does not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

Governing Law

The laws of India govern these terms. Also, any dispute is subject to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
