Corporate lunch menu buffet for an office in Jaipur

Sample Corporate Lunch Menu

These are only starting points, so feel free to change them. Most offices change two or three dishes, and we price the final list for your headcount.

  • Working lunch: one paneer dish, one seasonal sabzi, dal, jeera rice, roti, salad, raita and one sweet
  • Light lunch: veg pulao or khichdi, kadhi, salad, curd and fruit, for days when people go straight back to work
  • Rajasthani lunch: gatte ki sabzi, dal, missi roti, chaach and churma, especially when guests come from outside Jaipur
  • Hi-tea: samosa or kachori, a sandwich, one sweet and masala chai for afternoon sessions
  • Packed lunch: meal boxes for large trainings or camps, only for orders of 500 people or more

We keep the gravies medium on oil and spice, because people have to sit through meetings after the meal. If it is a celebration day, we can also add a starter, a second sweet or one live counter.

Morning Tea & Hi-Tea

  • Tea, coffee and cookies when guests arrive
  • Sandwiches, dhokla, mini samosa or kachori during the evening break
  • Seasonal juice if the day is hot

For a full-day seminar, most companies book three slots: tea on arrival, lunch, and hi-tea before the last session. So we time each one to your agenda, and tea is ready when the break starts, not ten minutes later. See our high tea snacks page for more options.

How We Serve a Corporate Lunch Menu

Our team reaches the venue well before the break and sets up the buffet in your cafeteria, conference hall or terrace. During the meal, servers keep the counters filled and the tables clean. After lunch, we clear everything so the room is ready for the next session.

Timing matters most in an office, because breaks are short. For a large group in a short break, we usually run two buffet lines, so the queue moves while the food stays hot. If space is tight, we can also set up a compact single-table buffet in a corner of the hall.

Planning a Corporate Lunch Menu: Tips for Admin Teams

  • Share the break time and the floor or hall, so we can plan the setup.
  • Tell us how many guests need Jain or no onion-garlic food.
  • Confirm the final headcount a few days before the event, so the quantity is right.
  • Ask for a GST invoice when you book, if your accounts team needs one.
  • Check where our van can park and unload, especially in busy office areas.
