One Team for the Whole Wedding

Many Jaipur weddings use one caterer for food, another vendor for counters and a third for crockery. So when something goes wrong, everyone blames someone else. With Monika Caterers, the kitchen, counters, crockery, wooden setups and service staff come from one team, under one manager who stays at your venue for the full function.

  • 100% pure veg kitchen, with separate Jain preparation
  • Menu tasting before you confirm anything
  • Uniformed, trained service staff during every function
  • Own crockery, counters and buffet setups, so there is no third vendor
  • Quantity planning, so food does not run short

What Wedding Caterers in Jaipur Charge

When wedding caterers in Jaipur quote a rate, the final price depends on four things:

Guest count
Larger events usually get a lower per-plate rate.

Number of items
Each extra starter, main or counter also adds to the plate.

Live counters
Counters need extra cooks and equipment, so each one adds cost.

Venue
If the venue is outstation, team travel and stay are added.

Wedding Caterers in Jaipur: Common Questions

How many items should a wedding menu in Jaipur have?

For the main wedding dinner, most families choose 3 to 4 starters, 5 to 6 main dishes, 2 breads, rice, 3 desserts and 2 or 3 live counters. For smaller functions like Haldi or Mehndi, half of that is enough.

How much food do you plan per guest, so nothing runs short?

We plan quantities from the confirmed guest count plus a buffer for walk-in guests, and also adjust for the time of the function and the crowd. Our wedding catering quantity guide explains how.

Can you cater the wedding if it is at our home or society?

Yes. We set up a temporary kitchen and buffet at homes, society lawns and community halls, as long as there is space for the kitchen and access to water and power.

Do you provide Jain and no-onion-garlic food?

Yes. We cook Jain dishes separately with separate utensils, and then serve them from a marked counter.

How much advance do you take for booking?

20% of the quotation on the day you book, 50% in total 10 days before the event, 80% by the event day, and the remaining 20% after the event. Payments after booking are not refundable.

When should we book wedding caterers in Jaipur?

For November to February dates, book two to three months ahead, because the best dates fill early. If your date is close, still message us and we will tell you honestly if we are free.
