How to book a caterer in Jaipur with Monika Caterers

Before You Book a Caterer in Jaipur

A few details make the first call much shorter. If you have them ready, we can send a useful menu and quote the same day.

  • The date, or two or three dates you are choosing between
  • The venue, even if you only know the area for now
  • Which functions you need food for, such as sagai, mehndi or the main dinner
  • A rough guest count for each function, since numbers change the menu
  • Any Jain, satvik or no onion-garlic guests
  • A budget range, so we suggest a menu that fits it

For November to February wedding dates, try to book two to three months ahead. Smaller events usually need one to two weeks.

Steps to Book a Caterer in Jaipur

  • First call or WhatsApp: date, venue, functions, guest count, budget.
  • Menu and quote: we send a suggested menu and an itemised quote, so you can see what each part costs.
  • Tasting: once the menu is shortlisted, you taste the main dishes and finalise the menu.
  • Booking: 20% of the quotation on the day you book, 50% in total 10 days before the event, 80% by the event day, and the remaining 20% after the event. Payments after booking are not refundable.
  • Venue visit: our manager checks the kitchen area, power and water before the event.
  • Final count: you confirm the guest count 3 days before the event.
  • Event day: our team sets up before guests arrive, then serves and clears.
  • After the event: final bill and settlement.

What Happens After You Book a Caterer in Jaipur

On the event day, our kitchen team reaches the venue hours before the guests, because the bhattis, counters and buffet need time to set up. One manager stays at the venue for the whole function. So if you need anything, you talk to one person, not five.

During service, the manager watches the quantity at each counter and keeps the waiters moving. When the function ends, our team packs the kitchen and clears the area.

Why We Work This Way

Most problems at an event start with something nobody wrote down. That is why we put the menu, the guest count and the price in writing before the event. Also, the venue visit tells us early if the kitchen space or water supply needs extra planning. If you are still comparing caterers, read our questions to ask your wedding caterer first.
