  • Ker sangri, especially for guests from outside Rajasthan
  • Papad mangodi or papad ki sabzi
  • Kadhi, mostly made with besan and curd

  • Missi roti when bajra is out of season

Thali or Counter?

A sit-down thali works well for lunch functions and smaller groups, because it feels personal. However, for large dinners, a Rajasthani counter inside the main buffet lets guests try it without slowing the line.

How We Serve Rajasthani Thali Catering

For a sit-down meal, guests sit in rows or at round tables, and our servers bring each dish to the thali. They keep refilling dal, baati and churma until the guest says no, just as it is done at home. If the meal is a buffet, the baati is baked live at the counter, so it reaches the plate hot.

We also adjust the spice for guests from outside Rajasthan. The ker sangri and mirchi stay traditional, while the dal and kadhi can be kept milder if you ask.

Where Rajasthani Thali Catering Fits

  • Wedding lunches and the day after the wedding, when families relax
  • Pooja, griha pravesh and family functions at home
  • Destination weddings, since guests from outside Jaipur want local food
  • Corporate groups visiting Jaipur, as one meal of their trip
