How Many Live Food Counters Do You Need in Jaipur?
As a rough rule, one live counter serves about 150 to 200 guests comfortably during a two-hour dinner. So for 500 guests, three or four counters keep queues short. We will suggest the number and mix after we know your guest count and menu.
Also think about the season. In winter, jalebi-rabri, tandoor and baati counters are the busiest, while summer guests prefer kulfi, chaat and cold drinks. If the wedding has many young guests, a pasta or dosa counter is usually a safe pick.
Setting Up Live Food Counters in Jaipur Venues
Every counter needs a little planning before the day. Our manager checks the space, the power points and the guest flow during the venue visit. Then we place the counters so queues do not block the stage, the entry or the main buffet. Smoky counters, such as tandoor, go to the open side of the lawn, while dessert counters stay near the exit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do live counters need extra space or power before setup?
Each counter needs about 8 by 6 feet. Tandoor and gas counters need no electricity; pasta and some others need one power point.
Are live counters charged separately?
Usually yes, per counter or added to the per-plate price. Either way, we show it clearly in the quote.
